Vår Ruset

Hace como un mes me decidí a empezar a correr, aunque no lo pienso hacer de manera profesional, en ese momento necesitaba algo que me obligara a empezar de otra manera sabía que lo dejaría para luego jeje. Así que vi una pequeña carrera en Vänersborg aunque es más como caminata por la lucha contra el cancer de seno y se llama 'Vår Ruset' que significa literalmente 'Nuestra Intoxicación'.

Consiste en un circuito de 5kms en el cual solo pueden participar mujeres y puedes caminar, trotar o correr. Mi meta original era correr los 5kms pero por causas de fuerzas mayor que entenderán por otro post no alcancé a tener la condición que quería. Al final pude correr bastante, yo creo que entre 3.5 y 4 kms en total pero tomando algunos descansos.

En un principio Peter no nos quería acompañar pero después decidió ir a constatar que corriera y no solo me fuera a pasear jaja. ¡Muchas gracias Peter por tu apoyo!

El comienzo fue un poco frustante porque como tardé un poco en tomar mi posición salí con el grupo que solamente iba a caminar leeentaaameeeente así que primero tuve que andar esquivando gente para poder correr y luego me encontré con el segundo grupo en el cual también iban bastantes solamente caminando así que una vez más bajé la velocidad y me puse a esquivar gente.

Finalmente llegué a la meta después de 38 minutos así que creo que para ser la primera vez no estuvo nada mal.

Moy muchas gracias por apoyarme y estar ahí conmigo y consecuentarme en todas mis loqueras jeje.

One month ago I decided to start running, although I am not planning to do it professionally, in that moment I needed something push me and force me to start otherwise I knew that I could just leave it for later hehe. So I saw a little race in Vänersborg although is more like a walk to support the battle against the breast cancer and it's called 'Vår Ruset' which means literally 'Our Intoxication'.

It's a loop of 5kms in which they can only participate women and you can walk, jog or run. My original goal was to run the 5kms but for some things out of my control that you will understand in another post I didn't reach the condition I wanted. At the end I could run a lot, I think between 3.5 and 4 kms in total but taking some rests.

In a beginning Peter didn't wanted to join us but he decided to go and verify that I would run and not only take a walk haha. Thanks a lot Peter for your support!

The start was a little bit frustating because since I took a while to take a position I started with the groupt that was going to walk slooooowwwwly so first I had to go jumping around people to be able to run and then I found the second group in which a lot of people was also just walking so once again I slow down and jump around people.

Finally I get into the goal after 38 minutes so I think was not so bad to be the first time.
