Pannkakor :)

Si hay algo que le gusta a Peter son los 'Pannkakor' (osea pancakes), y un día de la semana pasada antes de que se fuera de vacaciones me estuvo dice y dice que cuando llegara a su casa iba a comer 'pannkakor' de cena.

Ya a la hora de la salida, nosotros en bicicleta y él en coche, nos pusimos de acuerdo para que fuera a nuestra casa a ver una película y de paso nos hacia 'pannkakor' a su estilo sueco. Pues un día que le hicimos hot cakes no salió muy convencido.

Para mi son un poco más crepas rellenas de mermelada de fresa pero pues como quiera que sea saben rico y también le ponen crema batida. Pero algo que hizo más entretenido el momento fue que:

1. los quiso batir a mano, entonces tardó más.
2. se le olvidó la receta así que lo hizo al cálculo, poniéndole poquita harina...un poquito más...otro poquito.
3. estuvo repele y repele que no teníamos las tazas medidoras que él usa y blabla.

Al final de cuentas salieron bien y los disfrutamos mucho.

If there is something that Peter likes are the'Pannkakor' (pancakes), and one day of last week before he went out on vacation he was telling me over and over again that when he gets home he was going to eat 'pannkakor' for dinner.

When we were going out on our bikes and him in his car, we agree to meet in our house to see a movie and makes us 'pannkakor' in his swedish style. Because one day we made him hot cakes and he was not convinced.

For me they are more like crepes filled with strawberry jam but they taste good anyway and they also put them whipped cream. But something that made more fun the moment was:

1. he decided to mix them by hand, so that took him more time.
2. he forgot the recipe so he made it by calculations, putting a little bit of flour... a little bit more... a little bit more... and more.
3. he was complaining a lot that we didn't have the measurement cups that he uses.

At the end they were really good and we enjoyed them a lot.
